Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns below. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us at www.ezclone.com.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to EZ-CLONE Enterprises, Inc., 10170 Croydon Way, Suite G, Sacramento CA, 95827.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to EZ-CLONE, accessible from https://ezclone.com

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 3 days (or 72 hours) without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an unfulfilled Order is 3 days (72 hours) from the time and date on which You purchased the Goods or on which a third party You have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product purchased. An “unfulfilled order” is when an order is placed but has yet to be packaged and shipped from our facility.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by submitting the Order Cancellation Notice below (page location: https://ezclone.com/returns)

If your order has not been shipped from our warehouse, We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We received your notice of cancellation form below (form location at: https://ezclone.com/returns).

Conditions for Returns

EZ-Clone® Plant Cloning SystemTM  and System Replacement/Assembly Parts

If You purchased the EZ-Clone® Plant Cloning SystemTM  or any of its System Replacement/Assembly Parts (EZ-Clone® System Lid and Reservoir, Pump, Manifold, Misters, and Assembly Parts) then the following conditions apply for a Return and Refund:

In order for the System Goods to be eligible for a Return, please make sure that:

  • The System Goods are sealed and unopened and must be returned in our possession within 30 days from the Purchase Date
  • The System Goods are in the original packaging
  • The System Goods were not used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

The following System Goods can be returned for a full Refund if they are unopened in the original sealed packaging/bottling:

  • EZ-Clone® Plant Cloning SystemTM
  • EZ-Clone® Lid and Reservoir
  • EZ-Clone® Custom Manifold
  • Water Pump
  • Misters
  • Assembly Parts

The following System Goods can be returned for a full Store Credit if they are opened or used, but Returned within 30 Days of the Purchase Date. A Store Credit will be applied when all of the System Goods item(s) is/are in our possession at our Warehouse Address.

  • EZ-Clone® Plant Cloning SystemTM
  • EZ-Clone® Lid and Reservoir
  • EZ-Clone® Custom Manifold
  • Water Pump
  • Misters
  • Assembly Parts

System Goods Limited Lifetime Warranty

In the unlikely event the EZ-Clone® Plant Cloning SystemTM  or System Replacement/Assembly Parts do not perform as manufactured, please see our Product Limited Lifetime Warranty Policy and eligibility (page location: www.ezclone.com/warranty). This limited lifetime product warranty and eligibility policy is not covered on this Return and Refund Policy.

EZ-Clone® Consumable Goods

In order for the Consumable Goods to be eligible for a Return, please make sure that:

  • The Consumable Goods are sealed and unopened and must be returned in our possession within 30 days from the Purchase Date
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Goods were not used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

The following Consumable Goods can be returned for a full Store Credit (at www.ezclone.com) if they are unopened in the original sealed packaging/bottling:

  • EZ-Clone® Rooting CompoundTM
  • EZ-Clone® Clear RezTM
  • EZ-Clone® Soft and Hard Classic Cloning CollarsTM
  • EZ-Clone® Infinity CollarsTM
  • EZ-Clone® Propagator Pro CollarsTM

For product hygiene reasons, We will not take the following opened or used Consumable Goods and they are not eligible for Return:

  • Opened or used EZ-Clone® Rooting CompoundTM
  • Opened or used EZ-Clone® Clear RezTM
  • Opened or used EZ-Clone® Soft and Hard Classic Cloning CollarsTM
  • Opened or used EZ-Clone® Infinity CollarsTM
  • Opened or used EZ-Clone® Propagator Pro CollarsTM

Miscellaneous Goods

The following Miscellaneous Goods are not eligible or Returns and Refund:

  • The supply of Miscellaneous Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Miscellaneous Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Miscellaneous Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Miscellaneous Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

To find out if your Purchase is eligible for Return (and Refund or Store Credit), please Submit the Return Authorization Form below (form location at https://ezclone.com/returns). You will receive a response on eligibility and return instructions.

Costs/Fees for Returned Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. The following are fees You are responsible for covering when returning your Purchase:

  • Restocking Fee (10% of Product Purchased)
  • Shipping and Carrier Fee to ship Product(s) back to our warehouse
  • Packaging Fee if the Product Package is opened (5% of Product Purchased)

The Restocking Fee and the Packaging Fee will be assessed against your Product Purchase amount before applying the Net Refund Amount. “Net Refund Amount” is the amount You will receive back from Us after Shipping Cost, Restocking, and (if applicable) Packaging fees are deducted.

You should send the Goods, along with a print-out of your Receipt and Return Approval information to the following Warehouse Address:

Note: We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refunds and Store Credit

When We receive the returned Goods with all required Receipts and Return Approval, We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order for your Refund. It takes up to 30 days to issue your approved Refund.

Store Credits will be issued to You within 14 days of when We receive the returned Goods with all required Receipts and Return Approval.

What to expect: You will be notified in your Return Approval which method(s) of Refund and/or Store Credit You will receive when We respond to your Return Authorization Request Form.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return and redeemable at our EZ-CLONE shop at www.ezclone.com. Once the returned product is received, a gift coupon code will be emailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the Purchaser.
