Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

All of the accessories that are included with our systems do have a Limited Lifetime Warranty for manufacturer defects.

  • Manifold
  • Adaptor / Riser
  • Baseplates
  • Water Pump

If the item in question is an EZ‑CLONE® Water Pump, we do require a short 2 minute or less video of the defective pump(s) while including a frame of the EZ‑CLONE® Logo sticker. Just plug it in for the video so we can hear what is going on with the pump. If the item is an adaptor/riser, manifold, or baseplate EZ‑CLONE® will require a photo of the damaged product. Once the video/photo is reviewed and the item(s) have been declared defective, we should be able to send you a replacement part at no charge.

* ANY RMA’S SENT TO EZ‑CLONE® WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
